Ibiza Vibes

Standing by the starbucks counter in Manchester airport, I actually realised the holiday we booked nearly a year ago had finally come round. All the planning and holiday chats had finally come to an end and we were 2 hours from boarding the plane. Spending a week in Ibiza with three of my bestfriends for our first girls holiday was an experience and a half. I mean dont get me wrong, it was one of the best times I've ever had but I have never been so glad to sleep in my own bed when coming home! Ibiza is such a beautiful place and is still super lively but less of the crazy party strips resorts in Magaluf and Zante are known for. Whilst there we also got the chance to go to one of the main clubs, Ushuaia to watch David Guetta which was such an amazing/ experience, especially with the planes flying so low over the top of you (and the 19€ I paid for one drink... Yup I know). Also I really recommend a trip to the Ocean Beach  hotel for a day of luxury! Entry tickets are so reasonable and its such a classy place and one of my favourites:) My brother and sister in law were lucky enough to stay in the Ibiza Rocks Hotel last year and even got to watch Ed Sheeran from their balcony and said that we had to visit there if we were able to as the hotel is such a cool place... so when we were offered tickets for around 40€ to watch the DJ's Gorgon City aswell as a few backup acts, we just couldnt say no! Whilst we were there we pretty much envied everyone who was dancing on the balconys in their own little private viewing place whilst we were squished amongst the crowd. It was such a fun concert and place to be with such a cool atomosphere, and apart from my feet hurting towards the end, it was so worth going. Ibiza is definitely cocktails galore! Strawberry daiquiris were basically my life...  yummy! So yeah I really recommend Ibiza to those going on a girls holiday and those who still want somewhere lively but not to teen crazy (We admit, we had more than one 'early' night). We stayed in San Antonio Bay and walked/ got the 10 minute water boat over the sea to San Antonio which is the best option in my opinion, also taking a bus trip to Ibiza town to do a spot of shopping can also be a bonus! On our last night we also went to the ever so famous cafe mambo/ cafe del mar to watch the sunset which was so pretty and such an instagram moment... This is something else I would also recommend doing on at least one of the nights if you ever visit Ibiza, just make sure you make it in time for the sunset ;). Cannot wait to be making another return to the beautiful bay of San Antonio and have left a few holiday snaps below:) (iphone quality because my camera broke meh)
